1. Set Your Fitness and Nutrition Goals

You can set short-term and long-term goals which we will discuss during your initial assessment. Once you have achieved your goals, you will be able to set new goals. We are here for you and will guide you along this journey.

2. Choose a Meal Plan

We have more than 21 Meal Plan categories including vegan, low carbohydrate and gluten free just to name a few. The Registered Dietitian will analyze your current nutritional diet,  calculate your Calorie needs to meet your goals, while taking into account food preferences, lifestyle, travel and day-to-day life to design your personalized meal plan. Along with your meal plan, you will also receive recipes and a grocery list.

3. Choose a Training Category

Choose from 28 Workout categories. A personalized workout plan will be designed for you, taking into account your current fitness level and experience, available equipment and training days per week. Along with your workout plan you will receive an exercise library to guide you through your exercises. You will have access to a Body Renovation app which will help you to communicate with your trainer. You will  be able to receive workouts and log in your progress to keep you on track.
