Mango Green Machine Smoothie

1/2 cup Orange Juice

1/2 Crushed Pineapple 

1/2 cup Mango

1 Banana

1 Scoop Chocolate Whey Protein Powder

1-2 Hand fulls of Fresh Spinach

1 Hand full Ice Cubes

Add ingredients (in order) into blender, mix on low for 20 seconds, then mix on high for 45 seconds; adding a little extra water as needed.
